Failure---or maybe not
Today, for the first time since week 4, I was not able to complete my C25K workout. On Thursday, I ran 3.1 miles. Today, I didn't even complete 1/2 a mile. Circumstances were different: today I was running outside, and it was very hot! I tried to push on, but I just couldn't do it. I was disappointed, but I didn't let it defeat me. I continued walking until I hit 3 miles. So, I might not have completed the goal I had set for today, but I refused to throw in the towel and give up. I just modified.
So, today I leave you with these inspiring thoughts.
