Just wanted to let you know I'm still here. It's been a crazy (crazier than normal) week around here. Tomorrow is my son's birthday party, so I've been working on games and food (Skylander theme) all week. We've also had a busy week at work preparing for an audit.
May has been kind of a holding pattern month for me. Overall, I haven't lost any weight. (Well, I've lost and gained the same 3 or 4 pounds all month.) It's harder to get to the gym (I have only been once in a week). I'm making sure to move every day, and I've come close to 10,000 steps every day, but it just isn't the same.
I'm struggling with Pepsi. I've tried limiting it, but that doesn't seem to work for me. As hot as it's been already (and I have no a/c in my car), it's been difficult to pass up the Pepsi. I have always avoided diet because of the junk in them. But I decided to try them this week. I don't know if that is the best decision. Everybody has an opinion, and it's difficult to filter through them.
I just made my comments require registration. (I still won't do captcha---cause I hate captcha!) I think I have only had one legitimate comment that was anonymous. But this week I have had a couple of dozen spam comments. Not too terrible to deal with, but if the numbers are going to keep rising (and I hadn't even posted anything new during that time!) I decided I needed to take action.
